Explore the medieval Cawdor Castle

Originally built as a private fortress in the late 14th century, Cawdor Castle is a stunning medieval structure that has been the home to 23 generations of the Cawdor family.

Housed within the castle are 12 rooms you can explore, each with their own unique story and history including rare artwork and tapestries, ceramics, furniture and sculptures.

You can then wander through the stunning landscaped gardens attached to the castle, full of colourful flowers and trees. There’s also a café where you can refuel and enjoy your surroundings.
